Samcyprone is distributed by Cure Stat Rx. Prescriptions can be filled by one of two methods.

  1.  Click on the image below.  Fill out the attached referral form.  Email the signed form to:  pharmacy@curestatrx.com. The completed form can also be faxed to (858) 281-0045.

2.  Cure Stat Rx is also part of the Surescripts system.  Prescriptions for Samcyprone™ can be entered into Surescripts by clicking on the link below:
